This information (hereinafter referred to as “Information”) is provided in accordance with EU Regulation 679/2016 and subsequent national legislation (hereinafter collectively referred to as “GDPR”) and describes how the company identified in paragraph 2. below, collects and processes Personal Data (the term “Personal Data” shall be understood to mean all the categories listed in paragraph 3. below, taken together) of users or customers and covers online data collection activities through the website www.adstudio.eu.

Advertising Design Studio may amend, supplement or update this Privacy Policy from time to time, also in consideration of any changes in applicable law or the provisions of the Privacy Guarantor. Substantial changes and updates to the Privacy Policy will be applied and brought to your attention as soon as they are adopted by updating the link to the Privacy Policy in the footer of the Site.

Advertising Design Studio, as owner of the personal data processing (hereinafter referred to as “Owner”), in carrying out its activities pays the utmost attention to the security and confidentiality of personal data.
